Actively identifying and prayerfully discerning pastors across different regions and states in India
Alongside the work already underway, we continue to pray and discern as we seek to identify additional pastors in unreached places. Each step forward is taken only after prayerful seeking and confirmation, moving ahead only as God leads.
Discernment Through Presence & Prayer: We go to where pastors are serving and spend time with them on the ground, observing their work and walking alongside them. Through prayer and discernment, we seek God’s confirmation before including anyone in the work.
Monthly Support: Once confirmed, pastors receive consistent monthly support to help them focus on ministry rather than survival.
Regular Gatherings & Care: We hold regular monthly gatherings to strengthen and encourage pastors, pray together, provide meals, and cover travel expenses. These gatherings help us understand their needs and care for them personally.
Ongoing Discernment & Review: Every 3-6 months, we prayerfully revisit how each pastor is doing, the fruit of their work, and their faithfulness-seeking God’s guidance at every step.
Continuation or Closure: Support continues as long as the pastor is faithfully serving and stewarding the work entrusted to them. When needed, support is respectfully brought to a close, always handled with prayer and care.
Strengthening Churches: Through supported pastors, local churches are strengthened and stabilized in their calling.
Reaching Communities: As churches grow healthy and established, the Gospel naturally extends into the surrounding community.
We believe obedience and accountability go hand in hand. Financial support is not unconditional-it is stewarded carefully, prayerfully, and with responsibility.
This approach helps keep the work pure, focused, and aligned with the calling God has given us, allowing the mission to remain faithful to its purpose.
You may not walk these villages physically-but you can still walk with us through prayer, encouragement, and support.
